Takedown

Use this page to report a recipe, image or other content on Wanda that you believe infringes your copyright or is otherwise illegal.

What Wanda holds

Users import recipes for their own cooking. An imported recipe is private to the household that imported it, and we never publish it. Recipe images sit at web addresses that are hard to guess but not secret.

How to report

Email [email protected] with:

• your name and email address;
• where the content is: its link on Wanda, or the image's web address;
• why you believe it is illegal or infringes your rights;
• for copyright, the work you own, and whether you own it or act for the owner;
• a statement that you believe, in good faith, that your report is accurate and complete.

For a notice under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, send the same details by email, with your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

• We confirm that we received your report.
• We review it and decide without undue delay. We then tell you our decision.
• If we remove or limit the content, we tell the person who added it what we did and why.
• Either of you can reply to our decision by email, and we look at it again.
• We close the accounts of people who add infringing content again and again.

The Terms list what users agree not to add. Our Privacy page explains how we handle the details in your report.
